Voices for Youth

Voices for Youth is for young people between the ages of 12 aned 18 around the Diocese. It organises events and provides opportunities for young people to come together, to get to know each other, to talk, express their ideas and, most of all, to have fun. Voices for Youth is also part of the Scottish Episcopal Church's Provincial Youth Network which involves young people from all over Scotland in a variety of events throughout the year; most notably, the Youth Camp at Glenalmond School each summer.

Voices for Youth, along with the Provincial Youth Network, is an extremely important part of the Church: it's alive, dynamic, enthusiastic and imaginative. A very exciting place to be! Anyone between the ages of 12 and 18 is welcome to any Voices for Youth events - there are no prerequisites other than a desire to get on with other people, make friends and have fun. You don't have to go to church, you don't even have to believe in God - though there may be the odd bit of 'God-stuff' and even an occasional service thrown in from time to time! The basic principle is 'the more the merrier', so why not come to one of our events and give us a go?
