PART-TIME CARETAKER / VERGER

The Provost and Vestry of St Paul’s Cathedral, 1 High Street, Dundee, seek applications for the part-time post of Caretaker / Verger.
The position involves care-taking of one of Scotland’s finest church buildings and will include responsibility for opening and closing the building to the public, liaising with the public and others who use the building, some cleaning and light maintenance work, liaising with trades people and others working within the buildings and working closely with the other staff and volunteers at the Cathedral.  The core hours will be Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 3pm and Sunday 9am to 12noon (negotiable) but some flexibility is essential.

£7.50 per hour
